Our goal is simple: give travelers accurate, useful advice about airline miles and award travel.

Accuracy and sources

• Program rules, award prices and fees come from official airline and alliance sources wherever possible. We list sources at the end of each article.
• Loyalty programs change often. Each article shows when it was last checked, and we review older guides on a regular schedule.
• If we get something wrong, we fix it. Send corrections through our contact page.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help with research, first drafts and editing. Every AI-assisted article goes through automated checks before it can be published:

• every specific fact (prices, dates, rules) must match a source in our research notes
• duplicate and near-duplicate content is blocked
• quality and readability checks are applied

Articles that fail any check are held for an editor to review.

Scope

We focus on airline miles, airline loyalty programs and award travel. We do not review or recommend financial products.
